Welcome To Gym
Mrs. Franchetti
Gym Packet 4
Hi! Hope all are well! We are going into another month- May! Time is going by as we stay at home! For this marking period for students in Gr.3-8, your gym grade will depend on you and your exercise log. Everyone needs to turn in an exercise log! I don't know what you are doing at home for exercise – you have to tell me! I gave you plenty of suggestions for exercise. Now you have to find your favorite activities and do them! Some of you complained about only having gym once a week – well now is your chance to have gym every day! You should be exercising at least one hour a day (Play60)! There are 5 days in our school week (Mon.-Fri.), so you should be logging at least 5 hrs. of exercise per week. That is a minimum of what is expected from you- 1 hour a day! More is great – keep moving and stay healthy!
You can hand in your log at school – there is a box in the foyer for them – when you go to school to hand in other assignments from teachers. Don't forget to put your name, grade and the date and the activities and how long each activity took. Keep active, stay healthy and hope to see you soon!
